How much money do you need? 

 

It  depends on how the members decide to set up the project, and how the banks are acting at the time.  For our last project you’d have needed around $60,000 for a 450 m2 section, and $45,000 for the smaller sections on which terraced housing and duplexes are to be built.  This is money you need to have available.  At present you cannot use KiwiSaver funds for this because most Kiwisaver fund managers say that is outside the rules.
