How long does it take? 

 

This depends on the project.  It can be anything from 1 – 3 years depending on the size and complexity of the project, whether stormwater and sewers are in place, and what the zoning is. 

 

Our last project took a bit over 1 ½ years from people putting their first chunk of money in to people getting their titles. 

 

It would’ve been faster if Christchurch hadn’t been in a post-earthquake boom when it was hard to find people to do things.
